Format: JPEG, JPG
File size: 3 KB to 300 KB
Pixels: 250×80 (max 580×180)
Ink: Black or dark blue colour ink only
JPEG/JPG. Aspect ratio height:width 1:R with R between 2.75 and 3.75. Signature must cover 70–80% of the image. Pixel range 250×80 to 580×180. File 3–300 kB. Signed only by the applicant.
