India Form Ready

Privacy Policy

India Form Ready is an independent private website. It does not ask for an account, login, email, or phone number to use the tools.

Files you upload

Photos, signatures, and PDFs are processed in your browser on this device. We do not upload those files to our server, and we do not keep a copy of them on a file-storage service.

If you start on the homepage and then open the photo or signature page, the file is handed across on this device using the browser’s local IndexedDB storage, then removed after that page reads it. It is not sent to our server.

Prepared files stay in this browser session until you download them or leave the page. Closing the tab ends that in-memory copy.

Loading this website still means your browser requests HTML, CSS, and JavaScript over HTTPS. That is not the same as sending your photo to our server.

What this site does not collect today

This version does not include Google Analytics, an advertising network, payment processing, or a user database.

Hosting logs

This is a static website. The hosting company that serves the pages may log technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page address. We do not control those host logs. We cannot honestly say that “no data is collected” at the network layer.

If you email or call us

If you contact us, we receive whatever you send (for example your email address, phone number, and the text of your message). We use that only to reply. We keep it only as long as needed for that reply, then we can delete it if you ask, unless a law requires a record to be kept. Please do not send extra identity documents or a child’s photo unless we ask.

Children

Some exam and admission photos may be of a person under 18. This site does not ask for age and does not create an account. Those photo files are prepared on this device and are not uploaded to our server. We do not invent a separate age gate for a tool that does not collect those files.

Data protection law (India)

India has the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified in the Official Gazette in November 2025. Some rules (including ones about the Data Protection Board) started then. Other operational rules — including detailed notice, consent, security-safeguard, and verifiable parental-consent provisions — are scheduled to come into force later, eighteen months after that Gazette publication. This page describes what the site actually does today. It is not a claim that every future duty already applies, and it is not legal advice.

If we hold personal data you sent by email or phone, you may ask us to correct or delete it to the extent we actually have it and the law allows. We cannot delete a file that never left your device, and we cannot erase hosting-company logs that we do not control.

Security

Browser checks can refuse some unsupported or damaged files. They cannot detect every malicious file. We do not claim antivirus protection.

Advertising (not live)

There are no ads on this site today, and no advertising scripts are loaded. If advertising is added later, an ad network may collect data according to its own policy. We will update this page before ads go live. Future ad scripts, if any, must not sit on top of Upload, Choose requirement, Processing, Preview, or Download, and must not be required for those steps to work.
