  1. India Form Ready is an independent private website. It is not a government website and is not an embassy, exam board, university, immigration authority, or recruitment authority. It is not affiliated with those bodies.
  2. The site helps you prepare a photo, signature, or document file on your device. It does not accept applications on behalf of any authority, issue visas, conduct exams, or decide eligibility, selection, admission, or recruitment.
  3. We do not claim government approval, visa acceptance, or exam acceptance. Resize, compress, background, or format conversion does not certify identity.
  4. Preparing a signature file here is not a legal electronic signature under Indian law. It only adjusts a picture of a signature for an upload field.
  5. A technical file that matches listed size or format rules is not official acceptance. Always read the current official notification or portal screen before you submit.
  6. Requirements change. A last-verified date can become out of date. Dates, fees, and eligibility on official sites can change. The official authority is final.
  7. We do not invent missing sizes. Use Manual Mode when the official portal shows a rule that is not in this catalog.
  8. When a board requires a live photograph, capture it on the official portal. An uploaded file does not replace that capture.
  9. We do not guarantee a visa, exam, job, or admission outcome, and we do not guarantee that a processed file will be accepted.
  10. Background, glasses, head covering, expression, and identity remain your responsibility. Check the preview and the downloaded file yourself.
  11. We do not use generative AI to change a face or identity.
  12. Files are processed on your device. We say so only while that remains true. Loading the site still uses ordinary HTTPS requests, which a host may log.
  13. Use the tools only for lawful preparation of your own application files. Do not upload someone else’s photograph as your own. Do not use the site to harm systems, send malware, or mislead an authority.
  14. Official names and links are for identification only. A link to an official website is not an endorsement, and it does not mean that body verified this website. If anything here conflicts with the official page, the official page wins.
  15. The site may be unavailable, slow, or limited by the browser. Some files cannot be processed. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
  16. Site text, layout, and software are provided for this independent tool. Do not copy government logos or official page text from elsewhere onto this site.

We take reasonable care to record official rules we have checked. You are responsible for using the official portal and for the file you submit. If the law that applies to you gives rights that cannot be excluded, those rights stay in place. This is not a claim that responsibility is excluded in every case.
