Requirement details
Passport photograph
- Format: JPG, JPEG
- File size: 20 KB to 50 KB
- Pixels: 200×230
- Paper size: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm
- Background: Light-coloured, preferably white
- Recent passport-style colour picture; look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
- Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face. If glasses are worn, no reflections; eyes clearly seen.
Signature
- Format: JPG, JPEG
- File size: 10 KB to 20 KB
- Pixels: 140×60
- Paper: White paper
- Ink: Black ink pen
- Signature must not be in capital letters.
Left thumb impression

Hand-written declaration

IBPS also requires a live photograph during registration, in addition to the scanned passport photograph. Clerk/specialist recruitments often use similar scan tables; this preset is only for CRP-PO/MT-XV.
