Requirement details
Photograph
- Format: JPEG, JPG
- File size: 50 KB to 100 KB
- Pixels: 240×320 (max 480×640)
- Paper size: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm
- Do not wear black glasses or sunglasses in the photo.
- JPEG, 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, 240×320 to 480×640 pixels, 50 KB to 100 KB.
Signature
- Format: JPEG, JPG
- File size: 20 KB to 50 KB
- Pixels: 280×80 (max 560×160)
- Paper size: 7 cm × 2 cm
- Paper: White A4 paper; sign inside a 7 cm × 2 cm box
- Ink: Black or dark blue pen
- Scan the signature in the rectangular box. A photograph of the signature taken from a mobile phone will not be accepted.
